MCGI BREAD (Bible Readers) Society, a student organization under the Members Church of God International (MCGI), held a “LiBREAD” event at MSEUF Kalayaan Hall, Feb. 17.
The group provided 119 students with free school supplies, printing services, and snacks, aligned with MCGI’s commitment to public service and promoting Christian values.
The BREAD Society aims to institutionalize Bible reading and study within academic settings, thereby uplifting the moral values of the youth.
Their mission supports the core values of the Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation (MSEUF), particularly emphasizing mindfulness and service to others.
LiBREAD is part of MCGI’s broader public service programs, which include free meals, medical and dental services, transportation assistance, and legal aid.
“It is our commitment to promote and live by the Christian’s advocacy to do good unto all, which is specifically stated in Galatians 6:10,” Azalea Gallano, a church member and event organizer, said.
Through initiatives like LiBREAD, the organization offers meaningful support to students, embodying the Christian advocacy of doing good unto all.
