Building construction of CCJC and CCMS is set in 2023

College of Criminal Justice and Criminology was known as the center of excellence in the university and is set to have a new 3-story building to accommodate students and have better equipment and facilities comparable to Manila universities.

As per the contract, the estimated budget for the building construction is a 59million both for the building and roadway. Furthermore, the ground floor will have three laboratories, a moot court, a dark room, an interrogation and polygraph room, a crime scene room, a consultation, a faculty, a DSC office, and a dean’s office.

Meanwhile, the second floor will have eight rooms, and 3rd floor will have four classrooms and defense tactics laboratories. It will also have spacious parking, and the target range will be in its original location. Thus, the building timeframe, as per the contract will be 15 months. On the other hand, the College of Computing and Multimedia Studies will have its renovation that shall start by January upon the approval of the President. CCMS plans to have the underground for student study and event areas.

On the first floor, the DSC Office, a student organization office, two student consultation rooms, an audio-visual room, and a stock room. At the same time, the second floor will have the dean’s office, faculty room, CL07, technopreneurship, and innovation laboratory.

Thus, the estimated timeframe for the building is 6 months and the budget allocated for the building construction is nine million pesos. Hence, the building is owned by Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation. The assigned architect for the said building is Architect Raul Villanueva and the contractor will be LS Abelar Construction.

However, some of the ongoing construction inside the campus is the extension of the ADMIN building while some buildings are waiting for approval.
