MSEUF Grad Ball ’24 highlights graduating students’ hard work and feats

Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation—Lucena City (MSEUF) hosted its much-anticipated Graduation Ball, which recognized the pinnacle of years of dedication, perseverance, and hard work of its students, Queen Margarette Hotel in Domoit, Lucena City, May 20.

“This event is for you, for us, celebrating our success and welcoming another chapter of our life,” Mandy Joy Samar, President of the Graduating Class of 2024, stated, highlighting the Graduation Ball as more than just a festive gathering but a heartfelt acknowledgment of the journey each student undertook to reach this milestone.

Moreover, Dan Joshua Bautista, Vice President of the Graduating Class, stated that this graduation ball is where students open the next chapter of their lives.

The highlight of the night was the awarding of plaques to the most outstanding students in their respective fields, namely Academic Excellence, Journalism, In-Campus Leadership, Off-Campus Leadership, Performing Arts, and Sports.

In addition to these individual accolades, the ball also recognized 4th-year students from various departments as Most Outstanding Scholars. These scholars were celebrated for their intellectual prowess and their ability to set a remarkable standard for future generations.

Furthermore, three students were also recognized as evening’s standouts. Eric Atienza from the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) was crowned King of the Night, Kristelle Faith Fermo from the College of Engineering (CENG) reigned as Queen of the Night, and Janna Euxine Rivera from the College of Architecture and Fine Arts (CAFA) dazzled as Star of the Night. Their attire and radiant presence truly embodied the spirit of the evening during the event’s celestial theme.
