“Today’s launch is not merely introducing a new website but a testament to our commitment to excellence in every aspect of our operations” – Web Content and Digital Engagement Officer, Director John Rover Sinag

LUCENA, Philippines – MSEUF’s old static website has been replaced with a new dynamic platform that offers new features, one of which is the comparison of programs made easier for those students to find the perfect program that fits their career objectives.

Web Content and Digital Engagement Officer, Dir. John Rover Sinag led the deployment of the new website during the Faculty and Employee Congress on the first day of the foundation week at the University Gymnasium on February 12, a year after its initial planning.

With the goals of enhancing stakeholder engagement, credibility, and reputation, global availability for internationalization of MSEUF, and academic ranking, Dir. John Rover Sinag supplements the goals during the development and planning phase with the following characteristics of a good website:

Clear Navigation

The landing page of the new website immediately displays five main navigations. Instructions, in which academic programs can be accessed along with the different academic departments and other instruction-related information; Research; Volunteerism, emphasizing MSEUF works as a foundation; Internationalization, going beyond borders; and About page for other University-related information. It also features three main cards for easy navigation for applications, programs, and scholarship applications.

Visual Appeal and Engaging Content

influenced by Dir. John Rover Sinag’s background in journalism and his Master of Arts, News, and features are published for a more engaging platform, along with a well-designed user interface (UI) and user experience (UX).

Fast Loading Time and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

With the fast-loading time and Search Engine Optimization, the user’s bounce rate would be minimized and MSEUF would be more visible to the online platform reaching audiences beyond borders.

Leveraging information accessibility, competitive edge, and adaptation to technology, the Corporate Planning & Development Officer (CPDO), Director Leah T. Salas, along with the Information Communications Department (ICTD), Institutional Marketing Promotions (IMP), and The College of Computing and Multimedia Studies (CCMS), works together to enhance the current university website, a discussion initiated on April 17, 2023, last year.

“The website’s program comparison feature serves as a great assistance not only to students but also to parents or guardians since it is easier now to compare the inquiries about the tuition fees given the substantial cost associated with pursuing higher education. Aside from that, it is also great that you can now compare the career opportunities offered by different college programs. This is useful for students who are still unsure about which career path they want to pursue,” said Bernadette Baldovino.

This signifies ‘Services’ as one of the core values of Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation.
