With the theme #SaEUBuhayAngPasko, Enverga University’s Fiestanglaw stayed bright in its 11th-year celebration via Facebook and YouTube Live on December 7.

Spearheaded by Prof. Hubert Loresto of the College of Education, Ms. Maria Isabel Granada of the MSEUF Alumni Association, and Mr. Celso Jaballa, VP for External Affairs, the year’s Fiestanglaw hosted two contests: the Christmas Quartet Virtual Singing Competition and the Nativity Scene Competition.

A battle of voices ensued in the Christmas Quartet where the College of Education’s (CEd) Quartet No. 5 prevailed among 6 teams and took home the first place; the College of Business and Accountancy Quartet No. 6 came second, and Quartet No. 3 from the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) came third.

Furthermore, in the Nativity Scene competition, with their solemn and wonderful messages and creation, entry no. 2 of the Castellano family from CAS won first place among 5 entries.

In second place came the Bagayola family from the College of International Hospitality and Tourism Management, followed by CEd’s Balonzo family.

With the successful end of this year’s Fiestanglaw comes the glory of winners and of the University heralded by music and joy.
