Rejoice for Joyce

An eerily powerful emotion emerges on her face as she meets her even more foxy self at the phone’s vivid screen. She had a hard time putting into words how gratifying it was to see 99 more exquisite women competing with her as if she were living out her dream.

Joyce Anne Garduque, 19, an accountancy student, may be young for a national pageantry contender but her age belies the experience under her belt. On July 19, 2021, the Miss Universe Philippines Organization revealed the 100 inspirational delegates, and the beauteous lass, Joyce, was one of them.

However youthful she may seem, she is quite experienced, having taken part in many pageants throughout her life. In 2017, she already bagged two mammoth titles in her grasp – the Ms. Quezon National High School and Ms. STI Lucena. The fine lady also prided herself on being the Ms. Enverga University 2020 2nd runner-up in the most anticipated beauty pageant on campus. As far as the length of time it takes to go about, Joyce clinched the Ms. Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants – Region IV 2020 title.

It’s perfectly normal for queenly queens like her to be inspired by their co-queens. When she belonged to the Top 5 picks for the Miss Universe Quezon Province, she fathomed that women are capable of doing a myriad of great things to inspire not only others but the whole universe.

But before making headway to by far her most prestigious competition, she had also reached a moment in her career when she had almost given up on her pageantry dreams. However, it’s always the calling that brings her back to this field. She is full of life, and she feels that she must enjoy each day to the fullest, so she grabs opportunities that may come along.

Alongside her enticing personality, this empowering gal also believes that we must live the life given to us as purposefully as we can. She is lovely because of her positive, caring, and giving spirit, and it is her heart that makes her confidently beautiful with a heart.

She’s probably no novice. Rejoice, here comes Joyce!
