Approximately 600 Envergans were recognized as scholars for the second semester of AY 2024-2025 during the Scholars’ Assembly 2025 at the AEC Little Theater, March 7.
As part of the recognition of 550 academic scholars and 30 institutional scholars, Alumni Speaker Dr. Rey Mark Queaño delivered an inspirational talk to the participants.
Queaño highlighted how the MSEUF Core Values guided him in achieving his goals and dreams, emphasizing that the scholars could also reach theirs by upholding these values.
“Ang pagsubok ay nasa kaliwa’t kanan mo lang, nasa harap at likuran—napapaligiran ka ng mga pagsubok,” Queaño said. “Walang tigil ang pagsubok, and the training you receive here at Enverga University—ito yung gagamitin natin para mapagtagumpayan ang mga pagsubok na nasa labas.”
Furthermore, Queaño underscored the importance of embodying the S.C.H.O.L.A.R. qualities—Self-directed, Critical Thinker, Hardworking, Open-minded, Lifelong Learner, Adaptable, and Resilient—to navigate the VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous) world successfully.
“Lahat kayo, scholars of Enverga, possess these characteristics. Since you possess these characteristics, I believe you are all future-ready,” Queaño added.
The event, spearheaded by the Office of Scholarship, Endowment, Job Placement, and Alumni Relations (OSEJPAR) in collaboration with the Office of Student Affairs and Services (OSAS), aimed to inspire and challenge scholars to maintain their scholarships.
