The Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation – Community Relations Department (MSEUF-CRD) brought joy and heartwarming gifts to 130 learners for  its annual Pamaskong Handog 2025 at the St. Bonaventure Student Center, December 10.

Learners from Barra Elementary School, Lucena City National High School – Mayao Crossing Extension, Elvira Razon Aranilla Elementary School, and the Alternative Learning System took part in the activity, which was organized with the help of the departmental Community Extension Service (CES), the Office of Student Affairs and Services (OSAS), and officers of the NSTP-CWTS.

Various games and activities were prepared for the participants, who also received gifts from the university. “Super grateful po kami at sobrang saya kasi po first time namin maging part ng Pamaskong Handog. Kaya po salamat sa lahat ng tao sa likod ng event na ito dahil naging memorable po ito para sa amin,” said learners Chloei Nuelan and Clarice Celis of LCNHS-MCE.

CRD Director Dr. Milagrosa Lawas emphasized that the activity is part of the university’s continuing commitment to community outreach. “Isa lamang ito sa mga outreach programs ng university. Kapag ganitong mga pagkakataon, nakakapagbigay tayo sa ating community at ito ay isang paraan to give and extend help to them,” she said.

Meanwhile, the University is preparing for another gift-giving program scheduled on December 19 at the St. Bonaventure Student Center, aiming to bring more smiles and share the essence of Christmas to other partner schools.
