With the conduct of face-to-face classes permitted on HEIs under Alert Level 1, MSEUF welcomed Envergans with a Hybrid Flexible (HyFlex) learning modality at the start of the academic year 2022-2023, August 15.

Adapting to the ‘Now Normal’, MSEUF’s HyFlex learning modality will combine hybrid and flexible learning methods and approaches, enabling students to learn through asynchronous and synchronous sessions, with synchronous sessions being conducted either on- or offline as long as the bare minimum in terms of health and safety protocols is followed.

The university will use the HyFlex modality in accordance with the Revised MSEUF Hybrid Flexible (HyFlex) Teaching and Learning Guidelines to adapt to the changing demands of the faculty and students and guarantee that learning is delivered in an effective and efficient manner.

“The university is committed to providing quality education in normal or not normal times. So, this school year, we are implementing the HyFlex form of learning to provide options for students online via zoom, or on ground via classroom,” President/COO Naila Leveriza stated at the 3rd Virtual General Orientation on September 3.
