All aboard the feels and facts of a publication train!

After almost eight months of being in a community quarantine, we can’t deny the fact that we rely on social media not just to get the right information from the right experts, but also to get the pleasure and relaxation that we need during these trying times. So, if you wish to have both pertinent news and entertainment merging in one credible source, hop aboard the choo-choo train of feels and facts, and let us explore a newly activated online publication.

To meet the needs of the literate world nowadays, the Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation-College of Computing and Multimedia Studies (MSEUF-CCMS) recently activated their ‘ONLINE’ publication for the Academic Year 2020-2021 to give students an assurance that they are safe online.

Well, the good news here is that beyond promotion, this publication mainly offers technology-based guidance such as distinguishing fake news from the real ones, and producing updates.

Aside from that, the 18 staffers and the two CCMS faculty advisers are able to pull-off a balanced content-rich layout on their Facebook page giving us the chills and astonishment through their expertise in their profession.

They make reading and learning from the face of the screen an enjoyable one as they promote creativity, critical thinking based on facts and inspiration by featuring their competent Cyber alumni and fellow Cyber Envergan.

As schools across the world temporarily close their doors due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the wondrous array of electronic communications technology has given students new e-learning activities. While the traditional note-taking is gradually fading away, the Cyber staffers provide Cyber tips on useful note-taking applications for our online classes today to keep track of all that are being read and taught during class.

But wait! There’s a lot more from this publication because the interesting part here is that they provide not just facts but also the feels of entertainment with creative contents to provide refreshments and outlets not just for CCMS students but for the entire Envergans.

The creative thinkers of these entertainment section make the Envergans relate on their posts. From the students’ experience in all computer laboratories down to the full-blast ‘hugot’ mode. They expose random things that might be connected to all aspects of our student lives.

Through posting memes, ‘hugot’ lines, and funny ideas, they provide a superb way for Envergans to restore some energy as blood circulates more to do the cleansing job and provide nourishment to fatigued body areas. The ‘ONLINE’ publication’s entertainment is a powerful medicine that helps keep the students’ mental health and well-being in this difficult time.

Envergans have a way of humorously relating things to our personal lives. It is their way of breathing out the things that are trying to suck the life out of them. But if you are going through a relatable-worthy moment, don’t worry. It will pass. Everything will be okay.

After all…

The name ‘forever’ does not exist in the cyber world.
