If you have already had sessions with them, you can message them directly. Here is the list of Guidance Counselors per department. You can choose whomever you feel comfortable talking to, regardless of department.

It’s time for you to take a leap of faith and seek help from professionals because there are instances when we can’t handle something on our own and it helps when you are talking to someone who is a professional in this field because they will help you see light in the dark and validate your feelings.

If you feel anxious about asking for help, remember that it’s one of the best baby steps you can take for your health. Are you ready for a step closer to a healthier mind this year? We are proud of you for doing this!
